The Samsung 512GB memory card, useful for Nintendo Switch, Steam Deck, Android smartphones, and tablets is available for $29.99 or 33% off on Amazon Prime Day. This is an excellent offer and a great way to give your Switch games more room to run, or pack even more information.
Experienced Nintendo users are familiar with the tight internal space that was installed in the first-generation model, as well as the Nintendo Switch Lite (both 32GB), and the Nintendo Switch OLED (64GB), which was released in 2021. The game, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, takes up 16GB of memory, and many third-party AAA games take up more than 20GB.
So, for the price of a used game, you can give yourself a little extra space and free yourself from constantly managing files every time a new game comes out. (If you get your games on physical media, then you're luckier.) I'm quite a fan of the ability to download and install every digital game I've purchased, and I bought a 512GB card for a significantly higher price when I got my OLED at the end of 2021.
If you're looking for new games to fill up the memory of your expanded Nintendo Switch, GameStop is offering a digital code for Metroid Dread at $39.99 (usually $59.99); physical media are also available along with Pokémon Legends: Arceus for $39 ($20 off) and Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1+2 for $25 (was $39.99).
Furthermore, there are numerous deals on video games during Prime Day (including free games!), as well as discounts on gaming accessories - including gaming monitors, gaming mice, and gaming headphones - that are worth considering.
