How To Unlock Todoroki
Todoroki is the reward for achieving the third rank of the Special License. To reach rank three, you will need a total of 90,000 experience points. Experience points (EXP) can be earned by participating in matches and can also be acquired by using Hero Crystals.
You can play as Todoroki at no cost by using Rental Tickets or test him out in the training mode. You will receive three Rental Tickets, which will be replenished daily, allowing you to continue using Todoroki in matches or for practice.
