Additionally, make an effort to constantly move around to avoid his powerful weapon, as it can cause significant damage if it connects.
Cyberpsycho Sighting: Under The Bridge
The upcoming Cyberpsycho will be concealed within a homeless camp located beneath a highway on the western side of Arroyo, in Santo Domingo.
Tamara Cosby will utilize her netrunner abilities to take control of two turrets, which can pose a significant threat and swiftly incapacitate you. It is advisable to promptly engage and make contact with her to disrupt her loading process before she can activate her tricks and gain an advantage. You will encounter this adversary at the farthest point of the northern pier in Coastview, Pacifica. Diego Ramirez will be awaiting your arrival at the pier's end. While you can directly engage him and his shotgun, there is also a van located beneath the pier on the shore. Investigating the van will offer additional context and information about this enemy.
Cyberpsycho Sighting: Lex Talionis
Please note that this particular gig will not be accessible for combat until you have successfully completed the 'Transmission' quest. Once you have completed the quest, you will be able to locate this cyberpsycho in the southern section of the eastern pier in Coastview, Pacifica.

Cyberpsycho Sighting: Phantom Of Night City
The Cyberpsycho can be found on the western side of Corpo Plaza, City Center, specifically in an alleyway adjacent to a Behavioral Health building. Initially, Norio Akuhara will engage in combat using a sword. Once you have dealt sufficient damage, he will retreat and enter the second phase of the battle. In this phase, he will return with full health and be accompanied by Tyger Claws goons, who will launch attacks against both you and Norio.
