The House of Wisdom is a captivating destination. At ground level, it serves as a remarkable historical site that you are welcome to explore. In fact, this is the place where you can submit any of the Lost Books you come across during your adventurous journey in the world of Assassin's Creed Mirage.
Nevertheless, access to the upper sections of the House of Wisdom is strictly prohibited, and if you are caught exploring those areas, you will face relentless aggression. Quite impolite, indeed. Ironically, it is precisely in those restricted sections where an alluring treasure chest lies concealed. How discourteous! Regrettably, gaining entry to that chest is not a straightforward task. In fact, it is rather perplexing. Fortunately, we are here to provide clarity and assist you in obtaining that coveted treasure!
House Of Wisdom Gear Chest

Make your way towards the Northeast side of the House of Wisdom. As long as you remain on the ground floor, you need not concern yourself with drawing undue attention. Before initiating any actions, summon Enkidu, ensuring that you can identify all the guards patrolling the rooftop and place a marker on the individual carrying the key—this will prove vital for your later endeavors.

Commence your ascent of the building and proceed towards the rooftop. Once you have reached the roof, you will observe a generous abundance of planter boxes, offering ample shrubbery to effectively conceal yourself. Utilize these planters to your advantage by luring nearby guards with a whistle and subsequently eliminating them covertly.

Prior to proceeding towards the chest, it is imperative to acquire the key held by a civilian situated on the rooftop of the building (whom you should have already marked with Enkidu). Locate this individual in the northeast section of the House of Wisdom. However, exercise caution as you approach, for there will be a Horn Bearer in close proximity to a trio of Swordsmen along your path to the keyholder. Ensure their swift elimination in an efficient manner.

After successfully navigating to the northeast side of the roof, ascend the steps quietly and approach the civilian from behind without detection. Perform a skillful pickpocket maneuver, and then proceed towards the northeastern edge of the compound.
In the event of an unsuccessful pickpocket attempt, it is crucial to swiftly retreat, find a place of concealment, and patiently wait for the situation to settle down and for the civilian to resume their usual routine. Seek refuge out of sight and take cover in a bush until the heightened alertness of the guards subsides. Alternatively, if you meticulously eliminate each guard on the roof prior to attempting the pickpocketing, this issue will be mitigated to a great extent.

Once you have obtained the key and positioned yourself at the northeast end, refrain from immediately entering the room with the lock. Instead, proceed towards the rooftop. There, you will notice three windows positioned at the top. Among them, one exhibits noticeably wider gaps between the bars. Through this particular window, you should be able to discern a rudimentary chandelier suspended inside. Equip your knives and precisely target the hinge securing the chandelier. As it plummets and crashes, the impact will trigger the ignition and subsequent explosion of several oil-filled jars.
In the event that you have depleted your supply of throwing knives, you will find a replenishment chest located in the southwest corner of the roof. Normally, there are only one or two guards in this vicinity, making it relatively straightforward to access the resupply chest.

Upon acquiring the key and successfully bringing down the chandelier, your next steps involve entering the room situated on the northwest end of the roof, unlocking the gate, ascending to the second floor, and proceeding through the aperture created by the fallen chandelier. At this point, you will be able to unlock the chest and acquire either the Abbasid Knight Sword or the schematics to enhance it (if you have already obtained the sword previously).
